By placing an order on Shopfinity you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't place an order.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or product errors at any time; if an error affects your order, we'll contact you before processing.

Orders are confirmed only after we receive the UPI payment screenshot on WhatsApp and verify the payment in our account. Until then the order remains pending.

You're responsible for the accuracy of names, photos, spellings and designs you provide. We print exactly what you upload. We may decline requests that include copyrighted artwork you don't own or content that violates Indian law.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect addresses are outside our control.

Because every product is custom-made for you, returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
